SGT (Small Group Training):

-Only 4-6 people max/hr

-Rotating workouts with options to choose strength, cardio, high intensity and more!

-More direct coaching with smaller client to coach ratios!

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private training designed to provide a custom experience. Small groups of 6-8 max per training hour. 

This program includes:

  • Customized Program (monthly)

  • 6-8 athletes max per hour

  • 10% Discount on Klean Athlete & FitAid Products

  • Basic meal plan

  • November Schedule (starting 11/2)

    • Mondays 3-4 , 6-7, 7-8 PM

    • Tuesdays 7-8, 8-9 PM

    • Wednesdays 4-5, 7-8 PM

    • Thursdays 3-4 PM, 6-7 PM, 7-8 PM

    • Fridays 4-5 PM

    • Saturdays 9-10 AM

Youth Speed+Strength Program

  • 6-week program

  • Ages 8-12U

  • Speed, agility, quickness and reaction

  • Proper running form and acceleration drills

  • Change of direction drills

The Strong Kitchen

  • Prepared meal service

  • Delivered directly to The Grind
