Saturdays 12-1 PM

A 8-week clinic designed to incorporate the basic to advanced mechanics of a “efficient swing”. Drills will progress throughout the eight weeks to ensure proper rate of learning. Tee work, soft toss, front/side toss, and batting practice will be the staple of training methods.
